How can I update my phone number or email address?

Some of the profile fields are locked and cannot be changed or updated by the students. Please send an e-mail to support@gogodriving.com

I can’t see the next button is active. Why is that?

You must start the course from the FIRST STEP, continue with the INTRODUCTION, and complete the activities in sequence.

Make sure you have viewed all the content one by one. The next button will be grayed out until you view all the content of the current page.

I’m failed in a quiz. What should I do?

No worries. You have unlimited attempts to pass the quizzes until you get 70 over 100.

I’m failed in the Final Exam. What should I do?

No worries. You have 3 attempts to pass each part of the Final Exam. If you failed all attempts, you should get in touch with your driving school for a final decision about your progress.

How much time do I have to complete the course?

You have 1 year to complete the course after registration. You will be able to access the course even if you complete the course before the end date. You may want to review and refresh your knowledge within this period.

Can I use my smartphone to study?

Yes, you can. However, it is strongly recommended to use a laptop, a desktop, or at least a tablet to view all the content on a big screen for a better experience. Smartphones can cause some lack of functionalities.

Should I download an app to study on my smartphone?

No. You can access the course on a mobile phone by using your browser (Chrome).

What will I do if I fail the login attempts?

You have 3 attempts to authenticate your ID at login. If you fail, your account will be locked and you will receive an email including an URL to unlock your account. If you continue having login issues send an e-mail to support@gogodriving.com.

What will I do if I forget my user name or password?
